(NewsNation) — Alexis Wilkins is a singer and political commentator who has sued those claiming she worked for Mossad. She is also dating FBI Director Kash Patel.
But who is Wilkins?
Alexis Wilkins, the country singer and podcaster
Wilkins is a country music singer, podcaster and conservative political commentator.
She released her debut album “Grit” in 2023 and uses her social media platform to share her political views and to share videos of her performing at conservative-organized events, including Turning Point USA, according to Newsweek.
On country music, she says on her official website, “Country music is here to stay.”
“I want people to hear truthful songs. These are real moments in my life and vignettes in time, and country music has always been the truth.”
Alexis Wilkins’ relationship with Kash Patel
The singer, 26, began dating the FBI director in early 2023 and attended Patel’s swearing-in ceremony at the White House in February.
Patel, 45, has come to the defense of Wilkins after reports revealed that he used an FBI jet to fly her to a wrestling event at Penn State University in October.
“The disgustingly baseless attacks against Alexis — a true patriot and the woman I’m proud to call my partner in life — are beyond pathetic,” Patel said on X.
“She is a rock-solid conservative and a country music sensation who has done more for this nation than most will in ten lifetimes,” he continued. “I’m so blessed she’s in my life.”
Newsweek reported that a rumor circulated online that Wilkins is a spy working for Mossad, Israel’s national intelligence agency.
Alexis Wilkins sues for defamation over Mossad allegations
Wilkins has sued podcasters, influencers and former political candidates for defamation.
The “Stand” singer filed a defamation lawsuit in August against Kyle Seraphin, the former FBI agent who is now a podcaster.
“Seraphin has maliciously lied about Alexis Wilkins, falsely asserting that she — an American-born country singer — is an agent of a foreign government, assigned to manipulate and compromise the Director of the FBI,” according to the court filing.
The FBI does extensive background checks for those wanting to work for the organization, with those background checks involving extensive interviews with former and current colleagues, neighbors, friends, family, partners and professors
