The civil lawsuit filed against MMA fighter Conor McGregor for an alleged sexual assault at a 2023 NBA Finals game in Miami has been dropped.

The anonymous complainant voluntary filed for dismissal of the suit earlier this week in U.S. District Court in Florida.

The woman had alleged that McGregor forced himself on her inside a men’s bathroom at the Kaseya Center during Game 4 of the NBA Finals between the Miami Heat and the Denver Nuggets.

Florida prosecutors declined to pursue criminal charges in the matter.

McGregor, 37, had denied the allegations.

McGregor has not competed in the Octagon since sustaining a broken leg in a loss to Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 on July 10, 2021 in Las Vegas.

Last year in his native Ireland, McGregor was found liable in a separate 2018 sexual assault case and was ordered to pay the victim about $250,000.
