‘Hush money’ ruling: A New York judge is set to decide Tuesday whether to toss President-elect Donald Trump’s conviction in his hush money case over a U.S. Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity. A jury convicted Trump in May of falsifying business records related to a $130,000 payment to porn actor Stormy Daniels in 2016. A few weeks after the verdict was reached, the Supreme Court ruled former presidents can’t be prosecuted for actions they took while running the country. Gaza aid: Israel failed to meet U.S. demands to allow for more humanitarian access to the Gaza Strip, international aid organizations shared Tuesday morning.
