(NewsNation) — More rain is forecast for central Texas after the region was hit by fast-moving floodwaters on the Fourth of July, leaving 104 dead and many missing.

Camp Mystic confirmed Monday it was grieving the deaths of 27 people and still searching for others.

In a Sunday news briefing, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said more heavy rain and storms were expected across central Texas, and he advised residents to remain cautious for the next 24 to 48 hours.

Kerrville, one of the hardest-hit cities in the state, is under another flood watch until 7 p.m. Monday, with city officials warning that “any additional heavy rainfall over hardest hit areas of the past few days will lead to rapid runoff and flash flooding.”
