Anesthesiologist Dr. Jeffrey Swisher says ketamine is not like heroin or cocaine in that it doesn’t create a physical addition. But he tells “Elizabeth Vargas Reports” that it’s very dangerous when abused, as Matthew Perry did. Also: Matt Murphy, a former homicide prosecutor in Orange County, says he’s intrigued that federal, not local, prosecutors are overseeing the case against those liked to Perry’s death.
