A new ballot initiative in California has been introduced called the “Luigi Mangione Act.” It would target health insurance companies that delay, deny or modify procedures or medications.
Paul Eisner, who filed the initiative, joins “Elizabeth Vargas Reports” to talk about his reasoning behind the naming of the ballot measure.
