(NewsNation) — Whistleblower Matthew Brown has said he learned of a top-secret Pentagon UFO program called “Immaculate Constellation.”
Journalist Michael Shellenberger, who first reported on the program, told NewsNation’s “Elizabeth Vargas Reports” that the Pentagon is “sitting on a significant body of photographic and video evidence” of UAPs and UFOs.
He said multiple sources have confirmed the existence of “Immaculate Constellation.”
“What they’re saying is that the Pentagon, it’s not just a few of these little videos coming out in dribs and drabs,” Shellenberger said.
Videos he has seen reportedly show “orbs coming out of the ocean near Kuwait.”
“I think everybody agrees there’s a huge amount of information that the Pentagon is sitting on … that hasn’t been released,” Shellenberger said.
Congress formed a task force on UAPs, or unidentified anomalous phenomena, but the published reports were heavily redacted.
“The UAP task force has collected a ‘redacted’ number of reports from this many — the number of years is redacted — and then potential explanations, they say it could be weather,” Shellenberger, who testified before Congress, said.
Lawmakers held a hearing Tuesday, demanding answers from Department of Defense officials on increased drone sightings, which some have said could be UFOs.
“We’re just being treated like children. It’s time for the Trump administration to really take disclosure seriously, “ Shellenberger said. “We want this information.”
