MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — Manatee County officials, along with a good Samaritan, helped rescue a woman trapped in flooded waters following Hurricane Debby.

In Sarasota, roads are still flooded from the weekend storm, with some residents unable to get to their cars due to the rising waters.
