YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– The dog found with a jar stuck on its head in York County last month was adopted.

Dallas, who was named after the drone pilot who located her, was found with a plastic pretzel jug stuck on its head in the woods near Dillsburg in August. After volunteers gathered, Dallas was eventually found in a corn field at around 3 a.m. the following morning.

Following her rescue, Dallas was transported to a veterinary emergency clinic, where they received care before being taken in by a foster family.

Now, Dallas has found her forever home. She has since been adopted by Katie, Alex, and her k-9 sister Rue, who live in the Hanover area.
