Authorities search for missing 67-year-old last seen walking home in Wisconsin

WINDSOR, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in southern Wisconsin are searching for a missing 67-year-old man who was last seen walking home after dropping off his vehicle at a collision center.

The Dane County Sheriff’s Office says Alan Johnson dropped off his vehicle in the Village of DeForest and chose to walk back to his home in the Village of Windsor, but he never arrived.

Johnson is described as a white man standing about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing just over 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and a camo-green baseball hat.

Officials say Johnson does not have his cell phone or a vehicle with him. A Silver Alert has been issued.
