LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – Two young Nevada boys made headlines on social media this holiday season after getting into a tussle while taking part in a school nativity play on stage.
The video of the two boys at a Logandale Christmas play quickly reached more than 25 million views on social media.
“It’s crazy, I didn’t even know it was posted. I got a call from my sister. Is this for reals?” Throttle’s mom, Justa Schraft said.
(KLAS) — Four-year-old Throttle, the boy dressed as a bull, and his friend, three-year-old Swain, the boy dressed as a pig, quickly stole the spotlight during the manger scene as the two began hitting and pulling at each other’s costumes, entertaining the crowd with an unexpected wrestling match, or as some on social media now refer to it as the “Bethlehem Brawl.”
“Swain has always had an inclination to wrestle and fight and be drawn toward that type of stuff. Him and Throttle are buds, they are really good friends. They aren’t brothers, but they are really good pals, so we knew it was harmless,” Swain’s dad, Jason Adams said.
NewsNation affiliate KLAS spoke with both families and the two boys about how the playful brawl began.
When asked who started the fight, Swain pointed to Throttle, and when Throttle was asked the same question, he quietly pointed to himself.
Logandale is about 60 miles northeast of Las Vegas.
