President Trump on Tuesday went on a tirade against Somalian migrants and Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) during a rally that was billed as focused on lowering costs for Americans.

Trump went on multiple tangents during the roughly 90-minute speech about Omar and stopping the flow of migrants from Somalia and other “third-world” countries. Trump has in recent days zeroed in on Somalian migrants in Minnesota amid reports that the group was connected to a fraud scandal in the state.

“I love this Ilhan Omar, whatever the hell her name is. With her little turban. I love her. She comes in, does nothing but bitch. She’s always complaining. She comes from her country where, I mean it’s considered about the worst country in the world,” Trump said as his supporters in the room jeered.

Trump later touted that he had paused migration from “hellholes like Afghanistan, Haiti, Somalia, and many other countries.”

“I didn’t say ‘sh–hole,’ you did,” Trump said after one supporter shouted out the term that Trump had used to describe African nations during his first term.

The Trump administration ordered a halt to processing of any visas for Afghanistan after the alleged gunman who shot two National Guard troops in Washington, D.C., was identified as an Afghan national.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem also said the administration is planning to expand its travel ban to more than 30 countries in the wake of the shooting. The Trump administration has already banned travel from 19 different countries it has deemed a security and public safety threat: Afghanistan, Burundi, Chad, Cuba, Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Laos, Libya, Myanmar, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Togo, Turkmenistan, Venezuela and Yemen.

“If you don’t share our values, contribute to our economy, and assimilate into our society, then we don’t want you in our country,” Trump said Tuesday.
