(NewsNation) — New polling from Decision Desk HQ shows 56% of Americans disapprove of President Donald Trump’s performance. DDHQ’s Zachary Donnini explains that new presidents get a “honeymoon effect” with early approval from the public. Donnini said the dip in Trump’s approval can be attributed to an earlier-than-average end to that period due to the speed with which the administration has moved on top priorities.
