House Dems say new photos show Epstein’s private island

(NewsNation) — House Democrats on the Oversight Committee have released photos that they say show the island home of billionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The images show both exterior and interior views of the location where Epstein allegedly trafficked underage girls.

Congress recently passed legislation that mandates the release of all Department of Justice files on Epstein, with redactions made to protect victims. President Donald Trump signed the legislation, which has a deadline of Dec. 19, into law.

Trump initially said he would release the files when he became president, but later backtracked. Facing pressure to release the files, Trump has repeatedly called them a “Democrat hoax.”

Attorney General Pam Bondi said the administration will release the files in accordance with the law, but so far, the DOJ has not made any new files public.

A spokesperson for Republicans on the Oversight Committee said the photos had been previously published by O’Keefe Media earlier in the year without redactions.
