(NewsNation) — There will be major protests in Chicago next week during the Democratic National Convention, but how disorderly will they be? Could they rival the violence outside the 1968 DNC? Niall Stanage, The Hill White House columnist, tells “On Balance” that, while protests might hurt Harris’ electability, the protesters don’t care — they’re not trying to win an election.
