(NewsNation) — President Trump will follow through on plans to impose 25% tariffs on imported vehicles and auto parts, White House counselor Peter Navarro tells “On Balance,” but he says car buyers would benefit from a tax credit Trump has proposed for consumers who buy autos of “American content.” Navarro also argues that foreign carmakers will move their production to the U.S.
