(NewsNation) — Shira Scheindlin, a former U.S. District Judge in the Southern District of New York, tells “Morning in America” that ousted Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro and his wife likely won’t be put to trial anytime soon. “It could take a year or two until this case gets ready for trial … they’re going to take time to decide,” Scheindlin says.
