Nicole Wilson, a San Antonio mother and Army veteran, started an online petition Saturday calling for Kerr County to install flood warning sirens. Wilson tells “Morning in America” that one of the reasons she started the petition was out of concern for her daughters, who attended a camp near Hill County.
