(NewsNation) — American-Israeli hostage Edan Alexander, who was held captive in the Gaza Strip for more than 19 months, was released Monday.

Many hostages remain in Gaza, including Omri Miran, whose brother-in-law, Moshe Lavi, told “Morning in America” he hopes his family will soon experience a similar reunion. Lavi said he’s confident the Trump administration will do everything possible to ensure all hostage families have a similar outcome.
