(NewsNation) — A study found 75 percent of teenagers don’t feel comfortable understanding their finances.

It’s important for parents to teach their kids how to spend and save money wisely, and one former teacher thinks it’s never too early to start.

Chelsea Addison’s new picture book, “Savannah’s Savings Jar,” provides a tool for parents to help even young children start to understand the value of money.
