15-year-old missing for more than 3 weeks: Colorado police

DENVER (KDVR) — Local authorities in Colorado issued a missing person alert on Thursday for a 15-year-old girl last seen on May 21.

Shelly Engstrom, 15, was seen in Severance, Colorado, just over three weeks ago, according to police.

Shelly is described as 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds. She has blonde hair and brown eyes.

Police said she is now believed to be in the Fort Collins, Colorado, area. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact local authorities. Tips about this case can be sent to SeverancePolice@townofseverance.org.
