RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Netflix is set to release a three-part documentary series about the story of Amy Lynn Bradley, a local woman who went missing on a cruise around 27 years ago.

The series, titled “Amy Bradley Is Missing,” is scheduled to release on July 16, according to Netflix, and will cover the investigation of Bradley’s disappearance as well as the theories surrounding it.

While traveling with loved ones on the Royal Caribbean’s “Rhapsody of the Seas,” Bradley vanished. According to NewsNation affiliate WRIC’s previous reporting, FBI officials said that she went to a disco with her brother and in the morning hours of March 24, 1998, the then 23-year-old woman was nowhere to be found.

In an interview with Bradley’s family seven years ago, it was revealed that her father and the FBI were still investigating and searching for possible clues regarding her whereabouts.
