SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — The San Francisco Police Department is seeking the community’s help in locating a week-old baby girl who it says is at high risk of being neglected.

The at-risk infant was last seen Monday with her mother, 33-year-old Kenisha Davis, while they exited the Target store located on Geary Boulevard and Masonic Avenue in the Anza Vista neighborhood.
