SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The Shreveport Police Department is urgently seeking assistance from the community to locate an 86-year-old woman, Susie Stewart.

Stewart was last seen on Christmas, December 25, 2025, around 4 p.m. in the 1600 block of Hassett Avenue, where she was seen walking northbound on foot.

She is described as a Black woman, standing at 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 105 pounds, with brown eyes.

At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a white-and-brown shirt and brown and multicolored tights, and carrying a blanket and a handbag.

SPD says Stewart is known to suffer from Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, which may leave her confused or disoriented.

Her health condition raises significant concerns for her safety.
