MCCURTAIN COUNTY, Ok. (KTAL/KMSS) – A McCurtain County teen with a serious medical injury has been missing from his home in McCurtain County for over a week.
The teen, Noah Segraves, experienced a traumatic brain injury early in December of 2025.
According to posts shared online by family members, just a few weeks later, the 17-year-old was missing.
The post also includes a photo of Noah and critical information.
Noah was last seen on December 16, 2025, and was known to be wearing a camo jacket, jeans, a white and blue hat from United Ag and turf and light tan cowboy boots.
According to family members, they continue to search and hope for a safe return.

An official with the Idabel police department states the missing teen is from the Haworth area and is still missing at the time of this article.
Noah is around 6 feet tall and 190 pounds, with stitches alongside the right side of his head.
