(NewsNation) — Police and family members are seeking public assistance in finding a 23-year-old Philadelphia woman who has been missing for nearly a week.

Kada Scott was last seen Saturday night, leaving her job at an assisted living community. She told family and friends before she disappeared that she was being harassed by an unknown person or people over the phone, according to police, as reported by local NewsNation affiliate WPHL in Philadelphia.

Detectives say Scott’s car was found parked outside her work, and there were no surveillance cameras in the area. Additionally, her cell phone hasn’t been in use since she went missing, and there has been no activity on her social media accounts.

Police and Scott’s family are urging people with information to come forward.

“If there is 100 pieces to a puzzle, you may think your piece is insignificant, but without your piece, that jigsaw puzzle is not being solved. I plead with you, any information you have, reach out to police,” said Captain John Craig of Northwest Detectives, as reported by local outlet WPVI.

Reinforcements sent in to aid search

According to WPVI, additional reinforcements will be sent in to aid the search, along with the helicopters and K-9 units that have assisted so far. The FBI is also helping with the search and investigation, sources say.

“She’s my oldest daughter. I love her,” her father, Kevin Scott, told WPVI. “These last few days have been crazy. Head spinning. Trying to figure out what’s going on.”

Scott is described as 5 feet 6 inches, 120 pounds, with a thin build, brown eyes and black hair.
