BOSSIER CITY, La. (KTAL/KMSS)—The Louisiana State Police say a Bossier City child has been located and is safe.

A Level II Endangered / Missing Child Advisory from the Louisiana State Police said that around 5:30 p.m., the child was going outside to visit a friend. Bossier City police contacted LSP to issue the statewide notice at approximately 12:16 p.m.

As of 6:07 p.m., the search has been cancelled.
