Each weeknight, Pavlich will offer her sharp insight on major news and current events, covering topics such as free speech, culture, immigration, national security and foreign policy. Her program will feature spirited debates along with dynamic panel discussions and in-depth conversations with key newsmakers.

“I am honored to join NewsNation during this dynamic period in its development, and the opportunity to anchor a primetime program is an exceptional privilege,” Pavlich says. “I look forward to bringing a fresh perspective on the news to Americans across the country, while presenting a venue for thoughtful debate across a wide spectrum of opinions. It’s a front row seat to history – I can’t wait to buckle in and get started.”

Pavlich has spent the last 16 years as news editor of the conservative website Townhall.com. Since 2013, she has also appeared regularly on the Fox News Channel as a political contributor, as a guest co-host for “The Five,” and as a guest hosting multiple primetime shows. She is the author of several books, including New York Times bestsellers “Fast and Furious: Barack Obama’s Bloodiest Scandal” and “Assault & Flattery: The Truth About the Left and Their War on Women.” Ms. Pavlich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Arizona.

‘Jesse Weber Live’ also debuts Monday

On “Jesse Weber Live” each weeknight, Weber will unpack the day’s most important news developments, examining them through the lens of an expert in legal affairs. While the news program will offer a forward-looking snapshot of the stories shaping the next day’s agenda, Weber also will welcome one standout guest each night with a story that is too compelling to overlook — whether it is a major newsmaker or an unforgettable individual. Monday night, Weber will interview Billy Bush and Chris Hansen.

He will continue to offer legal commentary across the network’s daytime and primetime programming.

“I’m thrilled to launch this new show on NewsNation, a network dedicated to delivering straightforward, honest journalism for all Americans,” said Weber. “With my background in both law and politics, I’m eager to bring clarity as well as a millennial perspective to the stories that matter most. This is a remarkable opportunity to help create a space where facts lead the way.”

Weber joined NewsNation as a legal contributor and guest anchor in March 2023. Previously, he served as a guest host of HLN’s “Crime & Justice” and appeared as a legal analyst for Fox News, CNN, HLN and CBS. Prior to his career in broadcast journalism, he practiced law at Dentons, one of the world’s largest law firms. He earned his J.D. cum laude from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Michigan.

At 7 p.m. ET, anchor Elizabeth Vargas will continue to lead the network’s nightly newscast, delivering the day’s biggest news stories with agenda-free reporting. Host Chris Cuomo will continue to anchor “CUOMO” at 8 p.m. ET, bringing a no-nonsense approach to the day’s top news headlines, while “On Balance with Leland Vittert” at 9 p.m. ET will keep exploring issues from both sides of the political aisle.

Ashleigh Banfield will continue to appear regularly on NewsNation and will lead the network’s true crime digital vertical. Her hit podcast, “Drop Dead Serious,” now has more than 300,000 subscribers.
