Distressed kitten rescued, adopted by woman who called for help

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A distressed kitten got a happy ending after he was found in a storm drain last week.

According to Pasco County Fire Rescue, a woman called for help when she spotted the kitten, named “Flush.”

But after crews rescued the feline, the woman fell in love with him and decided to adopt him.

The adorable photo shared on the department’s Facebook page shows the small kitten all wet and wrapped in a cheetah-print blanket.

“Talk about a purr-fect ending,” the department wrote.
