(KTLA) — Zac Efron gave a health update to fans after being hospitalized in Spain over the weekend.

On Sunday, he posted a shirtless photo of himself lifting weights while lying on top of a fitness ball on his Instagram stories.

“Happy and healthy- thanks for the well wishes,” the caption read.

The actor was hospitalized Friday night in Spain after suffering a “minor swimming incident” while in the pool while staying at a villa in Ibiza, his representative told People magazine.

Efron was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure and released the following morning.

On Saturday, his team told People that “The Iron Claw” actor was “fine.”
