(NewsNation) — Ryan Reynolds has spent his career taking on several endeavors, from acting to owning successful English football clubs. But how much is the “Deadpool” star worth?
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Ryan Reynolds’ net worth is $350 million. The outlet reported that much of the Canadian’s worth comes from entrepreneurial endeavors, like Mint Mobile and Aviation Gin.
Ryan Reynolds’ earnings from movies
Reynolds’ salary for “Deadpool” was allegedly around $2 million, but he went on to earn about $22 million after “Deadpool’s” release. His earnings from “Deadpool 2” haven’t been confirmed, but he has reportedly made at least $20 million from the sequel.
After the “Deadpool” franchise, Reynolds is allegedly one of the actors who can make around $20 million upfront to be in a movie. For the movie “6 Underground,” he was reportedly paid $27 million upfront.
In 2024, Forbes listed Reynolds as the second-highest-paid actor, putting him right behind Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
Ryan Reynolds’ stakes in Mint Mobile, Aviation American Gin
Probably one of his most well-known partnerships, Reynolds purchased a stake in Mint Mobile in November 2019. Since then, he has starred in the company’s ads. T-Mobile acquired Mint Mobile in March 2023 for $1.35 billion, of which $526 million was in cash and $823 million was in stock.
It is reported that Reynolds owned about 25% of Mint Mobile, which would mean he earned $131 million on the deal before taxes ($70 million after taxes). With stocks, he most likely received around $205 million worth of T-Mobile stock.
Reynolds also invested in Aviation American Gin, selling the company in 2020 to Diageo. That deal was reportedly around $610 million, with $335 million in cash being paid upfront. It is said that Reynolds owned about 20% of that brand.
Ryan Reynolds’ co-ownership of Wrexham AFC
In 2020, Reynolds purchased the Welsh soccer club, Wrexham AFC, with fellow actor Rob McElhenney. At the time, Wrexham AFC was in the fifth division of English soccer, which is four leagues below the Premier League.
Despite purchasing the club with no money down, the duo agreed to put around $2.6 million toward improving the infrastructure. In April 2023, Wrexham AFC was promoted to League Two and ended up winning the National League Championship.

This meant the club would return to the English Football League after 15 years. The club went on to win three consecutive promotions and is now one step away from the Premier League, according to the Mirror.
However, it hasn’t always been easy, with Reynolds claiming in an episode of “Welcome to Wrexham” that he had lost around $12 million since taking over the club. “I’m going to throw up,” the actor said.
Reynolds also has stakes in the Mexican football team Club Necaxa, Colombian side La Equidad and the Formula One team Alpine. He recently purchased the Australian sailing team BONDS Flying Roos with Hugh Jackman.
Ryan Reynolds’ real estate
In 2012, Reynolds bought a home in Westchester County, New York, with Lively for $6 million. The home is nearly 9,000 square feet on 11.65 acres. He also has a home in Los Angeles and a home in Wales, the home country of Wrexham AFC. The home in Wales was reportedly purchased for $1.9 million in 2023.
Reynolds met Lively on the set of “The Green Lantern” in 2010, and the couple got married in 2012. Since then, they have had four children together. They have both recently faced controversy following Lively’s suit against “It Ends With Us” co-star Justin Baldoni.
Blake Lively’s net worth
Lively, Reynolds’ wife, has a net worth of $30 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. This makes the couple’s joint net worth $380 million. Much of her net worth comes from her acting career, specifically from the hit TV series “Gossip Girl” and “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” movies.
Lively gradually increased her salary while on “Gossip Girl,” eventually earning around $60,000 per episode. Lively also launched Betty Buzz, a line of non-alcoholic drink mixers, in 2021. Her brand has won several awards, including one from Good Housekeeping.

In recent news, Lively filed a suit against Baldoni for alleged sexual harassment. She also accused Baldoni of trying to “destroy” her reputation. Baldoni then filed a $400 million lawsuit against Lively and Reynolds, which was recently dismissed by a judge.
Ryan Reynolds’ charitable donations
Reynolds has also used his wealth to support many causes, including matching up to $1 million for Ukrainian refugees who were fleeing the war with Russia. In March 2022, he and his wife, Blake Lively, also donated $500,000 to Water First to give clean drinking water to Indigenous people in Canada.
In May 2022, he was one of many celebrities who read “James and the Giant Peach” to help the global, non-profit charity Partners In Health. In January 2023, Reynolds attended the 11th Canadian Screen Awards and won the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television’s Humanitarian Award.
