(NewsNation) — The annual salary for Prince William and Kate Middleton has been revealed in a new report.
The Prince and Princess of Wales brought in $30.9 million (or £22.9 million) for the 2024-2025 fiscal year, according to the Duchy of Cornwall estate’s Integrated Annual Report.
The income covers the public, private and charitable expenses for Kate, William, and their three children: Prince George, 12; Princess Charlotte, 10; and Prince Louis, 7.
Prince William inherited the Duchy of Cornwall title and estate in 2022 when his father, King Charles III, ascended the throne.

The estate is worth more than $1 billion and was founded in 1337 by King Edward III to cover the eldest son of the British monarch’s expenses.
The Duchy of Cornwall has over 130,000 acres of land, farms and more across 23 counties in England.
The estate is working toward a net-zero goal and has created 400 hectares of new habitat through the year, Duchy of Cornwall’s Secretary and Keeper of the Records, Will Bax, said in the report.
“The Duchy has also seen success in its ongoing work to build healthy communities,” Bax wrote. “In partnership with the Fields In Trust, a new study found 99% of people living in communities where the Duchy has a significant presence have good access to nature.”
