(NewsNation) — Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton has responded to Blake Lively’s request for a protective order to be thrown out in multiple letters to the judge overseeing the case.

Hilton, whose legal name is Mario Lavandeira Jr., wrote notices to Judge Lewis J. Liman this week calling out Lively and her attorney.

“Blake Lively’s sham of a lawyer, Esra Hudson, is using this court’s docket as a publicist would — by filing a futile Motion To Compel with you,” he wrote.

The “Accepted” actress requested the court to throw out Hilton’s protective order motion and has also asked the courts to compel Hilton to “respond and produce materials” related to the subpoena he received in July.

Hilton responded to Lively’s filing in a YouTube video, saying he filed a motion last month to “squash” the actress’s subpoena in Las Vegas, where he received it.

Perez Hilton wants Blake Lively’s attorney sanctioned

In a letter to the judge — in which Hilton calls him “sexy” and “smart” — he asked the judge to place sanctions on Hudson.

Hilton has accused Lively’s attorney of deploying similar tactics to those she’s accused Justin Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, of doing.

Hudson has accused Freedman of pushing a “smear campaign” against her client for wanting the 292-page transcript from Lively’s deposition last month to be made public.

Blake Lively claims Justin Baldoni colluded with Perez Hilton

Lively is suing fellow actor and former co-star Justin Baldoni’s production company, Wayfarer Studios, for spearheading a smear campaign against her following the release of their movie, “It Ends With Us.”

Lively has accused Baldoni’s company of colluding with Hilton, Candace Owens and Andy Signore in spreading negative stories amid her ongoing legal battle with Baldoni.

“Since August 2024, Mr. Hilton has created more than 500 pieces of video content about Ms. Lively, almost entirely disparaging, and about the same number of posts of sensational headlines,” according to Lively’s protective order request against the blogger.

Lively’s legal team has alleged that Hilton, “at the request of, or on behalf of” Wayfarer, spread disparaging content about Lively. She has requested documents or any communications between Hilton and Wayfarer to prove they participated in a campaign to tar Lively’s reputation, according to People magazine.

Lively previously filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, who also served as the movie’s director, for alleged sexual harassment and creating a hostile environment on the movie set.
