(NewsNation) — Meghan Markle has issued refunds to frustrated shoppers after a stock error on her As Ever website left customers without an apricot spread.

The lifestyle company run by Markle, 43, promised customers their money back and a free replacement of the item once it comes back in stock. After entering their card information, some customers say they were met with a 404 error on the site.

The website issue happened just weeks after another similar incident where buyers had issues with ordering honey sold on the website.

The apricot spread had been a fan favorite since Markle teased the item on her Netflix series “With Love, Meghan.”

Markle’s brand has recently expanded to wine, launching the As Ever line of rosé on Tuesday.
