(NewsNation) — Lily Allen and David Harbour are selling their New York City townhouse after the “Smile” singer accuses him of cheating on her new album.

The former couple listed their late 19th-century 5-bed, 4-bath, brownstone nestled in Brooklyn’s Carroll Gardens neighbourhood for nearly $8 million, according to TMZ.

The Gambino Group listed the home, describing it as “a layered narrative of traditional English charm, modern Brooklyn sensibilities, and rich Italian influence.”

The “Not Fair” singer and the “Stranger Things” actor bought the four-level townhouse in 2021 for $3.35 million, redesigning it with designer Billy Cotton and architect Ben Bischoff, TMZ reported.

On her new album “West End Girl,” Allen said she agreed to Harbour’s request for an open marriage as long as it was discreet and with sex workers, according to the Daily Mail. However, she accused Harbour of lying about wanting an open marriage to cheat on her.

On her song “Madeline,” she sings, “How long has it been going on? Is it just sex or is there emotion? / He told me it would stay in hotel rooms, never be out in the open.”

The British singer reportedly moved back to London following her breakup with Harbour.
