(NewsNation) — Kevin Spacey is scheduled to appear in court next year to face claims that he sexually assaulted three men.
The men sued the two-time Oscar winner, alleging he assaulted them between 2000 and 2013, according to the BBC.
The High Court in London set a trial date for Oct. 12, 2026.
The BBC reported that the claims could be heard in a single trial or three separate trials for each date.
Spacey has denied any wrongdoing.
Kevin Spacey accused of sexual assault
Spacey was one of multiple high-profile men accused of sexual harassment, assault and other types of sexual misconduct during the height of the “MeToo” moment.

Broadway actor Anthony Rapp accused Spacey of molesting him in 1986 when he was 14 years old.
In 2022, after Rapp sued him for $40 million in a civil case, a London jury found Spacey not liable.
Spacey was also acquitted by a London jury in 2023 after four men accused him of sexual assault between 2004 and 2013, when he was the artistic director at the Old Vic theater in London.
