(NewsNation) — Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau have marked a major milestone in their relationship: They went Instagram official.
The “Harleys in Hawaii” singer posted a carousel of photos and videos on Instagram over the weekend showing herself and the former Canadian prime minister together in Japan. She captioned the post, “Tokyo times on tour and more,” and added a smiling face along with other emojis, including flowers and a red heart.
The Instagram hard launch comes days after Trudeau reposted a photo of the two on X with Japan’s former prime minister, Fumio Kishida, and his wife, Yuko Kishida.
“Great to see you @kishida230. Katy and I were so glad to have the chance to sit down with you and Yuko,” he wrote.
In October, Trudeau and Perry were photographed in Paris holding hands while celebrating her 41st birthday. They attended a cabaret show with Trudeau at Crazy Horse Paris, according to TMZ.
The couple were first linked this summer when they were spotted having dinner in Montreal.
Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry end engagement
The “Roar” performer and actor Orlando Bloom ended their engagement in July after nine years together.
They share a daughter, 5-year-old Daisy Dove.
“Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on coparenting,” a rep told E! News on July 3, announcing the breakup. “They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect.”
