(NewsNation) — No one is going to tell Jennifer Lopez not to tour!
After her trauma last year — which saw her biopic, “The Greatest Love Story Never Told,” and her accompanying documentary, “This Is Me… Now” bomb, her tour and Las Vegas show canceled and her marriage to Ben Affleck fall apart — Lopez threw herself into work… doing what she loves best, touring!
And just because the United States or most of Europe weren’t interested… other cities were.
Cities like Antalya, Turkey; Astana, Kazakhstan; Abu Dhabi; and Yerevan, Armenia are hosting Lopez for her 17-stop “Up All Night” tour.
Jennifer Lopez’s ‘Up All Night Tour’ starts in July
The fun kicks off July 1 in Antalya and will see Lopez travel through Spain, Egypt, Poland, Romania, Armenia and, of course, the ultimate music hotspot: Kazakhstan.
One music industry insider was just aghast, saying, “What is she thinking? Does her ego need a packed stadium so bad she will go where no other musician goes, for a reason, just to do her tired old dance moves and lip-sync? This is crazy.”
Maybe Lopez just needs the money. Despite being worth “hundreds of millions,” she is still paying (along with Ben Affleck) millions to keep the lights on at her former marital home.
Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck unable to sell mansion
As I reported earlier this year, Lopez and Affleck have been unable to sell their white elephant of a mansion in the “lowbrow” area of Wallingford Estates despite real estate being precious in the area since the LA fires.
As a source told me last year, “The property taxes alone on that house are $762,000 a year — and another $750,000 to insure it and maintain it. So, whoever buys it, they’re out at least $1.5 million per year just to keep the lights on.”
Which means Lopez and Affleck are each wasting around $63,000 per month ($125,000 split evenly) just to keep the monstrous home in working order and ready to be sold.
The “garish” home is still idling on the market for $68 million as it’s horrifically overpriced, way too big and in an undesirable location.
“That house is actually worth between $40 and $50 million,” my insider said, explaining, “It’s in a terrible location. Wallingford Estates is a gated community with no guard. Most homes in the area are from the 1970s and are worth between $5-10 million. This is just a huge white elephant. It’s garish, too big and dated with amenities that are just silly and not necessary (like an indoor sports complex).”
Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck home has 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms
The home, a 38,000-square-foot monstrosity, has 12 bedrooms, a mystifying 24 bathrooms (two for each bedroom!), sits on 5 acres, has a 12-car garage and a state-of-the-art gym, boxing ring and pickleball court.

Moreover, the real estate investor said, “The house is ugly. It was built in 2001 by a mediocre developer with just bad taste in architecture … it’s a mishmosh of styles with a faux French roof. When it was built, it sat on the market for years and was listed at $100 million, so maybe (Affleck and Lopez) thought they got a deal for buying it at $61 million. But remember, they also put millions into renovating it to their tastes.”
Maybe Lopez will have better luck with “The Kiss of the Spider Woman,” which she is currently promoting. The film debuted at Sundance and got lukewarm reviews.
Lopez is also set to host the American Music Awards on Memorial Day.
