(NewsNation) — Jennifer Lopez has gone from “The Wedding Planner” to a wedding singer, having netted $2 million for performing at a star-studded wedding this weekend in India.
Lopez performed her hit songs, including “Get Right” and “Waiting for Tonight,” at the wedding for Netra Mantena and Vamsi Gadiraju, according to Page Six.
In pictures obtained by Page Six, the “Kiss of the Spider Woman” actress is shown wearing sparkly feathers and form-fitting outfits.
“May these families be united on this gorgeous day, and God bless us all,” Lopez said in a video shared on X, where she raises her glass in a toast to the couple, who joined her on stage.

Netra Mantena is the daughter of Rama Raju Mantena, a known figure in the pharmaceutical space who serves as the chairman and CEO of Ingenus Pharmaceuticals, Page Six reports.
The groom, Gadiraju, is a tech entrepreneur who co-founded and is the chief technology officer of the food delivery platform Superorder.
Jennifer Lopez’s tour struggles
Lopez’s latest payday comes after reports emerged this summer that she struggled to sell tickets for her tour.
The “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” singer performed in Spain, Egypt, Poland, Romania, Armenia and Kazakhstan. And unlike the sold-out 60,000-person stadiums she used to perform in, Lopez performed at hotels and small venues that hold up to 20,000 people, according to NewsNation’s Paula Froelich.
