(NewsNation) — If you’re trying to keep your wedding details secret, you may want to tell your friends to zip their lips … or at least check the bathroom stalls before yapping.
Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos and his blushing bride-to-be, Lauren Sanchez, held a lovely dinner party over the holidays at Matsuhisa in Aspen. At the table were Ivanka Trump and husband Jared Kushner, Hollywood’s hunky crush Kevin Costner, Australian businessman James Packer and Oscar-winning producer Brian Grazer and wife Veronica Smiley, among others.
At one point during the dinner, several female guests went to the bathroom and were overheard talking about the wedding of the century that will be held in … Italy.
”Presumably in the spring/summer,” my spy said. “It will involve the boat.”
“The boat” is the Koru, a massive 417-foot-long sailboat that cost Bezos $500 million (with an annual cost of $30 million to run) and has a huge bust of Sanchez on the bow. Up to 18 guests can sail on the yacht with Bezos and Sanchez at a time. The Koru has three outdoor decks, two swimming pools and a cinema —and its own $75 million support vessel (Abeona), which has a helicopter pad and carries extra gear, including four jet skis, two fast launches and a dinghy.
A rep for Bezos, Neal Karlinsky, did not return multiple emails.
