(NewsNation) — Anyone looking for a new house is in luck, as HGTV has announced its annual “Dream Home” giveaway.  

The network unveiled this year’s home, described as “an ultimate lakeside retreat” on Lake Wylie, near Charlotte, North Carolina.

The home was designed by HGTV’s Brian Patrick Flynn.

“It’s a very private property, but it’s really close to downtown Charlotte,” Flynn told HGTV. “The fact you’re just doing a small commute to something that feels like it’s hundreds of miles away is just magical.”

The home comes fully furnished and sits on a private peninsula.

“Spanning more than 3,000 square feet, this three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed to capture panoramic views of Lake Wylie from nearly every angle,” according to a news release.

HGTV has emphasized the outdoor spaces and said the house’s natural surroundings played a role in its design, which features “a warm earth-toned palette, hand-laid stone, custom millwork, organic materials, classic furnishings, and vintage collectibles.”

HGTV fans can enter a sweepstakes to win the home and $100,000 in cash.
