(NewsNation) — Actress Gwyneth Paltrow’s Brentwood, California, home has sold for $22 million.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Paltrow’s home — unharmed by the Pacific Palisades and Eaton fires — was on the market for $29.9 million in May before dropping to $24.9 million in October.

Paltrow and her ex-husband, Coldplay singer Chris Martin, purchased the 1950s single-story home for $9.95 million in 2012.

The 8,000-square-foot home has a guest house, six bedrooms, a wine cellar, a gym, a movie theater and a game room, among other amenities.

Paltrow has two children, Moses and Apple, both of whom attend college. Paltrow had the children with Martin.

Moses Martin, 18, attends Brown University, while Apple Martin, 20, is currently studying at Vanderbilt University.
