Dylan Efron, Danielle Fishel, Jordan Chiles join ‘Dancing with the Stars’

(NewsNation) — The new cast of the upcoming season of “Dancing with the Stars” was revealed on Wednesday, and it features a “Boy Meets World” star and a pair of “Mormon Wives.”  

Announced on “Good Morning America,” celebrities competing for the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy include “Traitors” star Dylan Efron, the younger brother of Zac Efron; Olympic gymnast and gold medalist Jordan Chiles; and actress Danielle Fishel, who played Topanga on “Boy Meets World.”  


“The Parent Trap” star Elaine Hendrix will also compete for the trophy, as well as Pentatonix singer Scott Hoying, actor Corey Feldman, Fifth Harmony singer Lauren Jauregui, comedian Andy Richter and NBA All-Star Baron Davis, according to People magazine.  

‘Mormon Wives’ to hit the ballroom 

Jen Affleck and Whitney Leavitt, from “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” announced in June they would be joining the competition.  

Robert Irwin, son of the late Steve Irwin, was the first contestant announced for the show’s 34th season. His older sister, Bindi Irwin, competed and won Season 21.

In May, the show announced former “Hot Mess” podcast host Alix Earle would join the competition.  

People reported in August that Hilaria Baldwin would also join the show for its 34th season.
