(NewsNation) — HGTV star Christina Haack’s divorce from Josh Hall has been finalized after the couple split last year following two years of marriage.
According to E! News, a judge signed off on their divorce Tuesday, revealing the financial details of their separation.
In court documents, Hall and Haack waived the right to spousal support. Hall was paid $300,000 stemming from the sale of their Nashville property, E! News reported.
Haack, 42, also paid Hall’s attorney fees, approximately $40,000, according to court documents.
The judgment also revealed Hall was paid $100,000 in September 2024.
Christina Haack not happy with divorce agreement
The couple reached a divorce agreement in May.
In June, Haack discussed the agreement on the “SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live” radio show.
“I heard a saying once, like, if you both think you’re screwed, then whatever you want … I don’t know how it goes. Look, it’s not great, but I guess it’s done,” she said.
Hall blasted Haack on Instagram on Thursday: “Finally, legally divorced and a free man. I’ve always worked hard, kept what’s mine, and declined handouts, and I’m keeping it that way.”
He added, “Lesson learned: don’t marry someone who needs constant public validation and will use your personal drama for attention.”
Christina Haack still with HGTV family
Though HGTV canceled a slew of shows this summer, including Haack’s “Christina on the Coast,” the network renewed her show “The Flip Off,” which also stars her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa.
She shares children Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9, with El Moussa.
