(NewsNation) — Hulk Hogan’s daughter, Brooke Hogan, will not receive anything from the late wrestler’s estate, as part of her wishes to be removed from his will.

According to TMZ, Brooke Hogan asked to be removed from her famous father’s will in 2023 and will not be a part of any legal proceedings related to the state.

World Wrestling Entertainment wrestler and Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bolea, died on July 24 in Clearwater, Florida. He was 71.

Brooke Hogan was reportedly estranged from her father, but she cleared the air and added context to their relationship in an Instagram post on Tuesday.

“When he left this earth, it felt like part of my spirit left with him. I felt it before the news even reached us,” the former reality star wrote. “… I know he’s at peace now, out of pain, and in a place as beautiful as he imagined.”

She said that their rift wasn’t because of a “big fight,” but “a series of private phone calls no one will ever hear, know or understand.”

Brooke Hogan will receive money from a life insurance trust her father took out, TMZ reports.

The “Hogan Knows Best” star stepped away from the spotlight and launched BB Designs in 2018, according to People.

Brooke married former NHL player Steven Olesky in 2022 and welcomed fraternal twins in January.
