(NewsNation) — Blake Lively is planning to subpoena Scooter Braun in her ongoing lawsuit against “It Ends With Us” co-star Justin Baldoni, according to reports.

Braun and his K-Pop corporation HYBE, which represents BTS, will be served with subpoenas on Thursday. The notice of the looming subpoena was sent to HYBE on Tuesday, June 10, Deadline reported.

The subpoenas will reportedly look for documents regarding Melissa Nathan, the crisis PR manager who was named as a co-defendant in Lively’s case. The subpoena will also look into the work that Nathan did for 41-year-old Baldoni.

Justin Baldoni countersuit against Blake Lively dismissed by judge

This comes as a judge recently dismissed Baldoni’s countersuit against Lively, her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist. The judge also dropped his $250 million lawsuit against The New York Times.

Judge Lewis J. Liman granted a motion to drop the $400 million lawsuit, which alleged extortion and defamation attempts by Lively and Reynolds. Liman did rule, however, that Baldoni’s team can amend certain claims by June 23.

The judge ruled that Baldoni’s team had not alleged that Lively is responsible for statements outside of her CRD complaint, which is privileged.

In an interview with TMZ Live, Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, said, “I think that (Justin is) a person who wants to be vindicated, and that’s all that he cares about… He knows who he is. He knows what he’s done. He knows what he hasn’t done. And he wants the truth to come out, and he wants to do that in the appropriate way… He’s waiting for his day in court, where he can speak out to tell the truth.”

Taylor Swift roped into Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni lawsuit

Taylor Swift, 35, who has been friends with Lively for a long time, was recently subpoenaed in Baldoni’s lawsuit. However, he ended up dropping the subpoena against the pop star shortly after it was issued.

A source told PEOPLE in June that Swift and Lively have been working toward being “on good terms,” but their friendship “isn’t the same as it was before.”

One insider told NewsNation’s Paula Froelich, “Blake wanted to be Taylor’s number one friend… The other women aren’t that close or comfortable with (Lively).”

Swift recently regained control of her music masters in late May after legal battles with former manager Scooter Braun.
