(NewsNation) — Blake Lively is now being sued by her “It Ends With Us” co-star, Justin Baldoni, the movie’s producer Wayfarer (and Jamey Heath), Baldoni and Heath’s PR people Jennifer Abel and Melissa Natha — as well as freelance digital marketing guru. And due to the backlash and upcoming discovery motions, Lively may want to settle all the lawsuits but my sources say, “Good luck with that.”
Justin Baldoni’s career is ‘ruined’: insider
One insider said, “Justin’s career has been ruined — he was immediately dropped from every project he had on the books the second Blake accused him of sexual harassment, and he’s furious. He may not ever make another dime — and he wants compensation for a career that has been stolen from him. He’s not going to settle. He wants everything in front of a jury for public record and wants to be fully exonerated as well as compensated for this travesty.”
Baldoni’s lawyers did say in a letter to the judge considering a gag order Lively’s team wanted against Baldoni and Wayfarer that the actor and his associates have been “exiled from polite society and suffered damages totaling hundreds of millions of dollars” following the release of Lively’s complaint and The Hollywood Reporter reported Baldoni has “lost three jobs and hundreds of millions of dollars.”
Taylor Swift could be deposed in Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni lawsuits
Meanwhile, Lively’s BFF, Taylor Swift — who I reported last week is “annoyed” and avoiding Lively after being dragged into the lawsuits — may be deposed by Baldoni’s power attorney Bryan Freedman.
Freedman played coy with TMZ this week, saying: ”I don’t know that we’re going to depose Taylor Swift or not. I think that’s probably going to be a game-time decision. I don’t know that that decision has been made… (but) I can tell you this. Anyone that reasonably has information that can provide evidence in this case is gonna be deposed.”
Freedman didn’t return emails.
