(NewsNation) — Beyoncé had to deal with a dangerous prop malfunction during her Houston, Texas, show on Saturday night, according to reports.
The Daily Mail reported that the red convertible that she rides above the crowd tilted during her performance in her hometown. The 43-year-old singer could be heard telling her crew, “Stop, stop, stop.”
After she got back on stage, Beyoncé thanked her fans, saying, “I wanna thank y’all for loving me. If ever I fall, I know y’all will catch me.”
This isn’t the first time she has faced a malfunction during her tour. In May, one of the robots during her five-night concert in Los Angeles allegedly missed the mark. The robot had attempted to pour a liquor into a glass, but poured it on the golden throne the singer was sitting on instead.

After the show in Houston, Parkwood Entertainment said, “Tonight in Houston, at NRG Stadium, a technical mishap caused the flying car, a prop Beyoncé uses to circle the stadium and see her fans up close, to tilt. She was quickly lowered, and no one was injured. The show continued without incident.”
The Cowboy Carter Tour is the singer’s ongoing concert tour that follows her “Cowboy Carter” album. It is an all-stadium tour, with Beyoncé appearing at 32 stadiums across the United States and Europe. It started on April 28, 2025, and is set to end on July 26, 2025.
