While Blanco has released music as a lead artist – his debut single, “Eastside,” was released in 2018 – it is his behind-the-scenes work with music superstars that has contributed to his wealth.

He has produced and written songs for Rihanna, including “Diamonds,” which hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100; “Payphone” by Maroon 5 and Wiz Khalifa, which peaked at No. 2; “Blow” by Ke$ha, No. 7; Taio Cruz’s “Dynamite,” reaching No. 7;  “Circus” by Britney Spears, No. 3 on the charts; and Katy Perry’s “I Kissed a Girl,” which peaked at No. 1.

Following selling off his catalog, the hitmaker bought a $9.2 million mansion in Los Angeles, Celeb Net Worth reports.

Blanco has purchased several other properties, beginning in 2011 when he paid about $3 million for a condo in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood. He later listed the property for sale for nearly $4 million. In 2015, Benny paid about $2 million for a home in West Hollywood, followed by a $4 million home in Malibu in 2018. His most recent purchase was in 2019, when he paid about $2 million for another home in West Hollywood.

In February, TMZ reported that Blanco and Gomez bought a 7-bedroom, 12-bathroom Beverly Hills mansion for $35 million.
