(NewsNation) — Robert Gomperz has been a board member of the Lincoln Avenue Water Company, which supplies water to Altadena, for nearly three decades. He said on “Dan Abrams Live” that it’s “not unusual” for reservoirs to be out of order during the winter and explained the low pressure that caused hydrants to go dry.
